7.79m vaccine doses given

About 7,798,900 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 4,228,200 people receiving their first dose and around 3,570,700 getting their second dose.   Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,543,000 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,685,300 people got the BioNTech one.   For the second dose, about 1,329,400 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 2,241,300 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.   About 57,100 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.   Around 4,200 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 10,100 people received their second dose.   For the BioNTech vaccine, about 18,600 people received their first dose and around 24,200 people got their second dose.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine and the BioNTech one at community vaccination centres is about 97%.   As of 8pm, about 1,300 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 5,900 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.   As of midnight, 27 people were sent to hospitals.
